Customer service was very helpful and prompt. It is my first joancee purchase. I originally ordered this ring, but changed my order. The ring came VERY quickly, but I ended up wanting to exchange it back to the original order. The craftsmanship was great. Now just waiting for my exchange. Will leave a new update upon ring arrival

Overall, I really loved my purchase. It looked exactly like the ring that is pictured, and the center stone literally just sparkles in the sunlight so beautifully. I purchased this ring as a mother's day gift, and my mother absolutely loves it and I will continue to purchase from Joancee in the future they have stunning jewelry.

Other than this ring taking a ridiculously long time to reach me, almost 8 weeks; it is truly lovely. Very well made and heavy; it just may be it was worth the wait. I may purchase from them again, if I can get over the wait!

How To Measure
1. Cut a piece of paper into a long thin strip.
2. Wrap the piece of paper around your knuckle, which is the largest point the ring will have to be able to get over.
3. Mark where the two ends of the paper first overlap with a marker.
4. Measure the length with a ruler.
