I had ordered this ring on 8/31 and received it on 9/19, opting for economical (free) shipping, which takes 7-12 business days. It took only 5 business days to arrive. Keep in mind that each piece is custom made, so there is production/preparation that needs to be factored in. This ring is exactly as pictured and is so incredibly beautiful. I've held it under recessed lighting and it sparkles like a fine diamond. The detail is exquisite and won't disappoint. I love vintage style jewelry, particular ones from the Edwardian Era, and this ring is absolutely perfect. It came inside a little box with 3 drawers, and everything was packaged with class and great care. I can't wait to wear it when I go out. I was nervous ordering from a company for the first time, but Joancee is topnotch in every way, and their customer service is quick to respond. The only thing I had to do each day was log in to check the status, as I never received emails updating me on the progress. But that's an extremely minor thing. What matters is the appearance, quality, shipping, accuracy, and that type of thing, and Joancee has made a very happy customer out of me.
